Prep Time : 10 mins Potatoes -2 Brinjals – 5-6 medium size Tomato -2 Onion – 1 big Green chilli -2 slit Ginger-Garlic paste -1 tsp Salt as required Spice Powder Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp Coriander powder -2 tsp Cumin Powder -1 tsp Red chilli powder – 1 tsp Kitchen king masala or garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp For the Seasoning Oil -2 tbsp Cumin seeds/ jeera – 1 tsp For Garnishing Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp finely chopped
Method
After potatoes are cooked a little, add chopped brinjals, mix well and cook for a few seconds. Add 1 1/2 cups of water, needed salt, garam masala and cook covered on medium heat.
