Prep Time : 10 mins    Poha/aval – 1 cup    Potatoes – 1/2 cup boiled and grated    Carrot – 1 medium size    Green chilli – 1 finely chopped    Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tsp    Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp finely chopped    Thick Curd/plain yogurt – 1 tbsp    Salt needed    Spice Powder    Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp    Chilli powder – 1/4 tsp    Garam Masala Powder – 1/4 tsp    Oil for shallow frying

Variation – You may add grated beetroot instead of carrot. You can add chaat masala or any herbs of your choice.
