Prep Time : 10 mins (excluding soaking time)    Raw Rice – 1/2 cup    Parboiled rice (pulungal arisi) -1/2 cup    Tur Dal -1/2 cup    Bengal gram/channa dal -1/4 cup    Urad dal -1 tbsp    Whole Green gram -1 tbsp    Green chilli -1    Red Chilli -2    Hing – a pinch    Salt needed    Onion – 3 medium size    Plantain flower florets – 1/2 cup chopped (tender ones)    Grated coconut – 1/3 cup    Coriander leaves – 3 tbsp finely chopped    Oil for making adais (sesame seed oil preferable) Method
