Prep Time : 10 mins    Beans – 250 grams    Turmeric powder – a pinch    Grated coconut -1/4 cup    Salt as required   For the seasoning    Oil -2 tsp    Mustard seeds -3/4 tsp    Urad dal – 1/2 tsp    Red chilli – 1    Asafoetida/Hing – a pinch    Green chilli – 2 slit Method
