Tips -To avoid ladiesfinger/bhindi from becoming sticky while cooking, follow any one of the tips given below if needed.
Add a tsp of yoghurt /curd (plain) while cooking. Add a little besan while cooking. Add a few drops of lemon juice while cooking. Cook bhindi uncovered for the first few minutes.
