Ingredients needed Bitter gourd – 2 (medium size)Besan /bengal gram flour -1/4 cupRice flour -2 tspTurmeric powder – a pinchAsafoetida/hing -a pinchSalt and chilli powder to tasteOil for deep frying Preparation Scrap off the skin of bitter gourd slightly and put them in salted water for 15 minutes. Drain the water and wipe the bitter gourd with a kitchen towel. Cut it into thin round pieces.
