Recipe Tips

Getting Them Out Of The Pan

We recommend making sure your pan has cooled down before attempting to remove your brownie bites. Either chill your bites in the fridge for a little while to help speed this up or place the pan on top of a damp, cool towel until they are ready. Then simply flip your pan over to remove the brownie bites. If any are sticking in the pan you can use a sharp knife to run along any edges that may need help breaking loose.

How To Tell When Your Brownie Bites Are Done

As ovens can vary in cooking times you will want to check on the doneness of your brownie bites at the beginning of the recommended cooking time. Insert a toothpick into the brownie bite and if it comes out clean or with just a few crumbs on it you are good to go. If it comes out looking wet, first try another spot in case you have inserted it into a chocolate chip, but if it is still looking pretty wet check on your brownie bites again in a few minutes.

Storing info

STORE. However you decide to store your leftover brownie bites it is important that you wrap them tightly in plastic wrap and then place them in an airtight container. They can be stored on your countertop at room temperature for 3-4 days. Adding a slice of bread to the top of the container can help to keep them soft and fresh. Store brownie bites in the fridge for up to 3 weeks. FREEZE. Keep in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months. Defrost at room temperature or microwave for a few seconds before enjoying again.
