Cabbage Chutney for idli,dosa Prep time – under 10 mins Cook time -under 15 mins Serves -2-3 Cabbage shredded or chopped -1 cup Onions -1/2 cup chopped Ginger -1/2 inch piece Green chilli -2 Tomato -1/2 cup Curry leaves -few Tamarind – a small bit or 1/4 tsp Grated coconut -1 tbsp For the seasoning Oil -2 tsp Mustard seeds -1/2 Urad dal -2 tbsp Red chilli -1 Hing/asafoetida -a pinch Top up seasoning Oil -1 tsp Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp Curry leaves -few Preparation Chop all the vegetables and keep it ready. Method Then add cabbage and cook until the raw smell of the cabbage goes. Add tomatoes and cook for a few more minutes.
