Our family may be slightly obsessed with Caramel Apples so we decided it would be fun to come up with a bite-size version of a favorite family treat. Introducing these Caramel Apple Bites that capture the delicious flavors of fall in one simple dessert! Aren’t they so cute?! These bite-sized treats feature miniature apples on top of a gooey Rolo and a crispy salty pretzel for sweet and salty perfection. Whether you’re hosting a holiday party or enjoying a quick snack at home, they’re sure to be a hit with kids and adults alike!
Ingredients
PREP TIME: 10 minutes
BAKE TIME: 3 minutes
1-2 cups pretzel snaps, (the square pretzels) – If you can’t find the waffle pretzels, then pretzel twists can be used. 1 bag Rolo candy – or a bag of Brach soft caramels 4 apples, cut into slices, then cut into bite-size pieces – We used tart Granny Smith apples, but McIntosh, Pink Lady, Honeycrisp, Empire, Cortland, or Braeburn apples can be used. toothpicks
