Prep Time : 20 mins (excluding cowpeas soaking time)    Elephant Foot Yam/Chena – 2 1/2 cup chopped (500 grams)    Red Gram/Cow peas (vanpayar) -1/3 cup    Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp    Salt needed    For Grinding    Coconut – 1/3 cup grated    Green chilli (pachamulagu) -1    Shallots (kunjulli) – 3    Garlic (veluthulli) -2-3    Cumin Seeds (jeerakam) – 1 tsp    For the seasoning    Coconut Oil – 2 tsp    Mustard seeds (kadugu) – 1 tsp    Red Chilli – 1-2    Shallots – 2-3 (optional)    Curry leaves – a sprig    Top up seasoning    Coconut oil – 1/2 tsp    Grated coconut – 1/3 cup
