A Dessert Cheese Ball!!
We LOVE a cheese ball – especially a sweet one! This chocolate chip cheeseball is reminiscent of our favorite Chocolate Chip Cookie (it’s like eating the batter!) and perfect for dipping some sweet treats. We especially love dipping strawberries and graham crackers. It makes a perfect party dessert and one we love to serve! Ingredients
PREP TIME: 8 minutes CHILL TIME: 2 hours
8 ounces cream cheese softened – We used full-fat cream cheese. ½ cup butter softened – How to Soften Butter Quickly 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ¾ cup powdered sugar – sifted 2 tablespoons brown sugar – light or dark brown sugar ½ cup mini chocolate chips – We used semi-sweet but other flavors work. ¾ cup pecans finely chopped – or almonds, peanuts, or walnuts graham crackers or fruit – or apple slices, vanilla wafers, Oreos, pretzels, chocolate chip cookies, animal crackers, or strawberries
