There’s nothing better than gathering with friends and family to celebrate Christmas day (or Christmas Eve). We love to have some simple but delicious recipes for the occasion, especially appetizers. That’s why we love a fun charcuterie board, more specifically a Christmas Charcuterie board. Why we love it:
Customizable. It can be tailored to your liking with your favorites. Quick + easy. Just add your favorite meats, cheese, fruits and veggies. Then decorate with fresh herbs like thyme, rosemary, and sage. Simply stunning. With a variety of colors and flavors, what’s not to love?!
Fun Fact: Charcuterie boards get their name from the French and are traditionally served with meats and cheeses.
Ingredients
crackers olives – black olives or Kalamata olives. cherry tomatoes – or grape tomatoes dips – Try our Homemade Ranch, Dill Vegetable Dip, or Cream Cheese Fruit Dip. kiwi – I used both fuzzy kiwi (green flesh) and golden kiwi (yellow flesh) or try red kiwi (red-ringed flesh). cheese – mozzarella balls, cheddar cheese, and Colby Jack cheese cubes. You can also use another favorite like Monterey Jack, Pepper Jack Swiss, or gouda cheese. You can also use mini cookie cutters to make Christmas shapes. meats – pepperoni slices, salami, prosciutto or your favorite deli meat green grapes – or red grapes berries – raspberries, strawberries, try adding blackberries and blueberries greenery – sage leaves, rosemary, and thyme other – Easily add nuts (peanuts, cashews, walnuts, almonds) and veggies (carrots, broccoli, cucumbers, peppers), jelly.

Storing Info
Make ahead of time. This Christmas charcuterie wreath board is easily made ahead of time and stored as well.
Prepare ahead of time with perishable items refrigerated (covered with plastic wrap) until you are ready for assembly.
