Who Doesn’t Love Pizza?
Especially when it’s Pizza with a Mexican twist?! We’ve taken all of our favorite Mexican flavors and created a tasty twist to recreate a Taco Bell favorite. Like Taco Bell, our pizza uses flash-fried taco-sized flour tortillas with seasoned ground beef and refried beans sandwiched in between. Taco Bell uses a red pizza sauce which is combined with enchilada sauce or salsa, our version uses just red enchilada sauce. Why we love it:
Simple to make. There are few ingredients, and they are straightforward and simple. Any night of the week! While it does take a bit of time to make, it’s a quick enough meal to enjoy on weeknights and weekends. Spices and flavors. You’ll love the classic flavors of this dish that make it a favorite Mexican dinner idea and variety of textures!
