A classic in the crock pot!
There are a few sides we HAVE to have at most holidays – Dinner Rolls, Funeral Potatoes, Mashed Potatoes and Green Bean Casserole. These are all classic dishes we never get sick of, but because we do get overwhelmed with holiday cooking, we love to be able to make some in different ways – in the oven, on the stove and especially in the crock pot. That’s why we were so excited about today’s recipe. It’s our favorite green bean casserole recipe in the slow cooker. This classic Thanksgiving Side Dish can now free up some space in the oven for all the other favorites. Plus, it takes just minutes to throw together.
