CrockPot Magic
What we love about the slow cooker is the set-it-and-forget-it mindset. That’s one reason why we love this crock pot version of our classic Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole (very similar to Funeral Potatoes)! Not only is this dish SO cheesy and delicious, but it’s the perfect Thanksgiving Side Dish or Easter Side Dish since it frees up valuable oven space! Add this cheesy goodness into your holiday dinner menu or regular side dish rotation. You won’t be sorry, and your family will love you even more for it!
