Mix curd with it. Heat a tsp of oil , add mustard seeds, when mustard splutters, add finely chopped green chilli and curry leaves. Pour it over the cucumber+ curd mix. Sprinkle roasted cumin powder on top and garnish with coriander leaves. It is a fantastic side dish for Vegetable pulao ,Mint pulao ,Tomato rice, Peas pulao, Cauliflower pulao and most rice dishes and all biryanis.
