Prep Time : 10 mins    Moong Dal (yellow split) – 1/2 cup    Onion – 1 medium size finely chopped    Garlic – 4 finely chopped    Green chilli -1 finely chopped    Ginger – 1 inch piece finely chopped    Tomato – 1 finely chopped    Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp    Chilli powder – 1/4 tsp    Salt to taste    For the seasoning    Oil -1 1/2 tbsp    Mustard seeds – 1 tsp    Cumin seeds/Jeera – 1 tsp    Fenugreek seeds – 1/4 tsp (optional)    Asafoetida/hing – a pinch    Red Chilli -1    Curry leaves – a sprig    For Garnishing    Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp finely chopped
