They’re loaded with bacon and fresh-cut veggies; you’ll never look at a hot dog the same way again! Hot diggity! The best part about hot dogs is that they are super budget-friendly! Place the buns in a toaster oven or broil them for a minute to toast them before serving.  Use Kitchen Tongs. Use tongs to handle the hot dogs and avoid piercing them, as this can cause the juices to escape and dry them out. Avoid Overcooking. To prevent a dry and rubbery texture, it’s important to pay close attention to the cooking time and avoid overcooking the hot dogs. Once they’re heated through and have a slight char, it’s best to remove them from the grill. Make Ahead. Just wrap the bacon around the hot dogs and store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to cook. You can also heat it in the microwave in 30-second increments or a toaster oven at 300°F for 5-10 minutes until heated through.
