Prep Time : 15 mins    Rice flour – 1 cup    Moong dal (split yellow variety)- 1 tbsp    Water – 1 cup    Ghee/oil – 1 1/2 tbsp    Chilli powder – 1/4-1/2 tsp    Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp    Carom seeds/Ajwain/omam – 1/2 tsp flat    Asafoetida/hing – a generous pinch    Salt – 3/4 tsp or as needed    Oil – 1 tbsp for dough    Oil for deep frying Method
