Ingredients needed All Purpose flour- 1 3/4 cup (245gms) Baking soda -1 1/2 tsp Baking powder-1 1/2 tsp Sugar -2 cups (400 gms) Cocoa powder- 75 grams Salt-1/2 tsp Eggs -2 Warm water -1 cup Milk – 1 cup Oil -1/2 cup (any flavorless oil) Vanilla essence -1 1/2 tsp Method Preheat the oven to 180 degree C for 15 minutes. Whisk together sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, water, milk, oil and vanilla extract. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Bake at 180 degree C for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and leave it to cool. Preparation Mix well or sieve all purpose flour (maida), baking soda, baking powder and salt together. Grease and flour the baking pans or grease and then line the pans with parchment paper. Preheat the oven at 180 degree C for 15 minutes. Keep all the ingredients ready. Method In a bowl, add powdered sugar. Then add all purpose flour (mixed with baking powder, baking soda and salt) Add cocoa powder and mix well with a wire whisk. Our dry ingredient is ready. In another bowl, whisk eggs, then add warm water. Add milk (should be lukewarm) and oil to the egg mixture. Add vanilla essence and whisk everything together. Wet ingredient is ready.
