Easy & Quick Tzatziki Sauce Recipe
I learned how to make this Easy Tzatziki recipe with my ex-boss, who is 100% Greek. She taught me that this is the traditional way that her family makes greek yogurt sauce. We LOVE this sauce! And I use it on everything.
WHAT IS TZATZIKI SAUCE?
Tzatziki is an intense and creamy sauce made with Greek yogurt, cucumber, and garlic. It has a rich flavor and excellent consistency. Plus, it’s certainly healthier than mayonnaise or ranch dressing. You can slather it on your sandwiches, tacos, or simply use it as a dip with warm flatbread and your favorite vegetables!
Ingredients You’ll Need
Hot house cucumber – also known as English cucumber. Plain Greek yogurt – I recommend using full-fat Greek yogurt. Fresh garlic Olive oil Dill dry or fresh Salt
