Ingredients needed All purpose flour/maida – 1 1/4 cup Baking powder -1 tsp Baking soda -1/2 tsp Butter -120 grams Sugar – 2 tbsp Condensed milk – 1/2 cup Milk -1/2 cup (warm milk) Lemon juice – 1 tsp Vanilla essence – 1 tsp Preparation All the ingredients should be at room temperature. Add baking powder, baking soda to maida and sieve together twice. Keep it aside. Let us call this dry ingredients. Preheat the oven at 180 degree C for 10 minutes. Line cupcake moulds with paper liners or grease cupcake moulds with little butter. Method Beat together condensed milk, butter, sugar and vanilla essence with a hand mixer or an electrical cake mixer.(pic-1 cw)
