All you have to do is download and print (questions and answers will be on the same PDF), and it will provide loads of fun at your next party! Ways to play
Individually or in pairs. Pass out the trivia form and a pencil to all players. Set a timer and let players fill in the answers. After the timer ends, read out the answers and allow people to tally their correct answers. The person/team who got the most correct wins.
Have a couple of tricky tie-breaking questions on hand if needed.Every family has one or two well-meaning cheaters. To avoid this, collect the pencils and pass out red pens for checking. Also, have people put their phones away and watch for sneaky peekers. 😉
Divide into two groups. For every round; one player from each group stands before a bell or buzzer. After the question is asked, the first person who rings the bell gets to answer the question. If they are correct, they earn a point. If they are not correct, they lose their point and the other team player has a chance to answer. Some variations include:
Assign different questions with a higher point value. Just announce the value before asking the question.Have the two players start at the back of the room and race toward a whiteboard, large paper, or chalkboard. The first person to write down the correct answer gets the point(s).
Christmas Jeopardy Game. Another fun way to use the trivia questions is to easily create a Christmas Jeopardy Game. Sort the questions into categories such as Christmas Movies, Christmas Movie Quotes, Christmas Songs, Christmas Decorations, Santa, Reindeer, and Christmas Traditions. Pick 5 questions that relate to the topic and assign a point value to each: 100, 200, 300, 400, 500. The player whose turn it is picks a category and a point value. If they answer the question correctly, they earn the points. Some variations include:
If you answer correctly you can go again. If answered incorrectly you lose the chosen number of points. Alternatively, you don’t lose the points but the next player has a chance to steal the points by answering the question correctly.Depending on the number of players, play this individually, as couples, or as larger teams. If playing in larger teams, each round a new player comes forward to answer.
Again – questions and answers will be on the PDF, along with multiple versions of the quiz. 😉
