We have a few lemon cookie recipes on the site including our original Lemon Cookies, and even our Lemon Sugar Cookies. All of them are great, but we especially love how easy this frosted lemon cake mix cookies recipe is!
for the lemon lovers
We love cake mix cookies, and even though we already have a lemon version, we wanted to try another recipe that was similar but frosted! They are yummy AND really easy to make. You use a cake mix out of a box, which makes the recipe nice and quick (our kind of dessert). If you are a lemon fan, then you’ll definitely love this cookie with the frosting that has a touch of lemon as well. And if you REALLY want to kick it up a notch, you could even add lemon zest, nuts, or white chocolate curls along with the frosting.
