How to make Fruit and Nut Salad  (Indian style) Prep time – under 15 mins Cook time- Nil Serves -1- 2 Ingredients needed  Apple -1 Orange -1 small Mosambi -1/2 Pineapple -3-4 slices cubed Sapodilla -2 Cucumber -1/2 cubed Walnuts – 1-2 tbsp Almonds (blanched) -3-4 Feel free to adjust the ingredients below according to your taste Black Pepper powder Lemon juice Mustard powder (optional) Salt Preparation Clean all the fruits and chop it into cubes. Keep it aside. Method In a large bowl combine all the chopped fruits and cucumber. In another small bowl, mix together, lemon juice, salt, pepper powder and mustard powder as needed. Mix nicely and pour it over the fruits and toss well to coat evenly. Top it with chopped walnuts and almonds. Serve immediately.
