Ingredients needed  Onion-1 Tomato-1 Gooseberries-4-5 (ordinary variety) Curry leaves-few Salt needed   For the seasoning Oil-2-3 tsp Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp Tur dal-1 tbsp Bengal gram /channa dal – 2 tsp Urad dal -1 tbsp Red Chillies- 4 Hing- a pinch Chop onion and tomato roughly. Cut gooseberry into small pieces and discard the seeds. Method When dal turns golden brown, remove from pan.
