How to make green tea Cook time – under 5 mins Serves – 1 Ingredients needed Green tea leaves- 1 tsp (available ready made) Water – 1 cup Honey to taste Fresh lemon juice to taste Method Heat 1 cup of water. Do not bring it to boiling point. Switch off before that stage. Strain the tea into a cup. Add honey and a few drops of lemon juice to taste. Enjoy it piping hot!! Note – Do not add milk for this tea. Also avoid adding sugar as it is not good for health. Adding 2-3 fresh mint leaves gives a minty flavor to the tea. Water temperature should be slightly below boiling point to reduce bitterness. You can use green tea bags also.
