Oven method  Prep Time : 15 mins (excluding marinating time)    Paneer – 200 grams    Capsicum – 1    Tomato – 1 big    Onion – 1    Bamboo skewers    For the Hariyali Paste/chutney    Coriander leaves – 1 cup    Mint leaves – 1/2 cup    Ginger – 1 inch paste    Garlic – 2-3 cloves    Green chillies – 2    Lemon juice – 1 1/2 tbsp    Hung curd* – 1/4 cup    Salt to taste    Spices and other ingredients    Roasted gram flour/besan – 1 1/2 tbsp    Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp    Chilli powder – 1 tsp    Coriander powder – 2 tsp    Cumin powder – 1 tsp    Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp    Chat masala – 1/4 tsp    Kasuri methi – 1/2 tsp    Carom seeds/ajwain -1/4 tsp    Oil – 1 tbsp    Salt needed Preparation
