Place cooled leftover blueberry Belgian waffles in an airtight container and refrigerate for 3-4 days. FREEZE. Flash freeze by lining the waffles up in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Freeze for about 2 hours, or until solid. Transfer to a freezer bag. For best results use within 1-2 months. To reheat. For crispy waffles, reheat them in a toaster or toaster oven for a crips waffle. For softer waffles simply use the microwave. Reheat a large amount in the oven.
