Dressing Ingredient Tips

Cilantro: Cilantro is one of those ingredients that you either love or hate. If you clicked on the post I’m assuming you’re a lover and you will not be disappointed. Use fresh cilantro and cut off the stems as they tend to affect the texture. Jalapeños: The recipe states to remove the seeds, but if you like the heat go ahead and add a few.  Make it creamy: If you want to turn this into a creamier cilantro lime vinaigrette dressing, simply add a bit of sour cream or even a couple of avocado slices.
