Ash gourd (kumbalanga)-1 cup Yellow pumpkin (Mathanga ) -1 cup Green chilli -3-4 slit Thin coconut milk -3/4 cup Thick coconut milk -1/2 cup Black eyed peas/vanpayar -1/4 cup Salt needed Coconut oil -3 tsp Curry leaves -few
Method
Note
If you want a slightly thick Olan, then add only 1/4 cup thick, 1 st coconut milk.
