A favorite cold dip!
Dips are great to serve as appetizers or last-minute snacks for visitors. They whip up in minutes and often use ingredients you already have on hand like our favorite Cream Cheese Salsa Dip. With a little something extra, this cold Knorr spinach dip is next level and SO good! Serve it up with crackers or veggies and watch it disappear!
Ingredients
PREP TIME: 10 minutesCOOK TIME: 2 hours
2 cups sour cream – adds delicious flavor and whips up smooth and creamy 1 cup mayonnaise – for a lighter version use Greek yogurt 1 (1.4-ounce) packet Knorr Vegetable mix – Lipton also makes a vegetable mix that works well 1 (10-ounce) box frozen chopped spinach – thaw frozen spinach and wring dry. To use fresh spinach, add a pound of spinach in a skillet with 3 tablespoons of water. Cover with a lid and cook until spinach has wilted. Wring dry. 1 cup sliced water chestnuts (optional) – adds a bit of a crunch to the dip. 3 scallions (optional) – or green onions. Adds flavor and color to the dip.
