How to make Lassi (sweet version) Prep time – under 5 mins Serves -1 Ingredients needed  Yogurt – 1 1/4 cup Sugar – 2 tbsp or as required Water – 1/4 cup Cardamom powder – a generous pinch Method Blend together yogurt, sugar and water in a blender. Sprinkle cardamom powder and serve chilled. Add ice cubes if required. Variations  For Punjabi Lassi – add 1/4 tsp of rose essence and blend. To make it more rich and creamy, add a tbsp of cream and use milk instead of water. You can add 2-3 saffron thread soaked in a tbsp of milk to the lassi.
