Prep Time : 25 mins (including soaking time) Fresh juicy lemons – 6 medium size Green chillies – 4-5 medium size (finely chopped) Ginger – 1/4 cup finely chopped Salt -3 tbsp flat (crystal/rock salt powdered) Fenugreek powder – 1 tsp Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp For the seasoning Oil – 1/4 cup Mustard seeds -1 tsp Asafoetida/hing -1/2 tsp
Wash, peel, pat it dry and finely chop ginger. Chop green chillies also finely. Add turmeric powder, fenugreek powder and salt to it as shown in the picture above. Method
