Prep Time : 5 mins    Ghee -1/2 cup    Cashew nuts -10-15    All purpose flour/maida -3/4 cup    Sugar -1 cup    Food color – a pinch or 2-3 drops    Vanilla essence -1/2 tsp Method 

Seive maida to get a nice texture. I forgot to do that. The texture was a bit rough on the outside but the inside was very soft and delicious. After adding sugar syrup to the maida mixture, stirring is done off the stove.
