How to make Mango Phirni  Prep time – under 15 mins Cook time – under 30 mins Serves – 3-4 Ingredients needed Raw Rice – 3 1/2 tbsp (basmati or regular rice) Milk – 4 cups (full fat milk) Condensed milk – 3/4 cup or sugar Pistachio – 10-12 Almonds – 10-12 Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp Saffron – 3-4 strands soaked in 2 tbsp milk Mango puree – 1/2 cup Ripe mangoes chopped – 1/2 – 3/4 cup For garnishing  Some chopped nuts and chopped mangoes Preparation

Method  Boil milk first. Once milk starts boiling, reduce the flame to low and add the ground rice paste.
