Prep Time : 5 mins (excluding soaking time) Rolled Oats – 1/2 cup Moong Dal – 3 tbsp Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp Salt needed Onion – 1 medium size Ginger – 1 tsp finely chopped Green Chilli – 1 slit Garlic – 2 cloves finely chopped Tomato – 1 small Carrot – 1 Beans – 5-6 For the Seasoning Oil – 2 tsp Ghee – 2 tsp Cumin seeds – 1 tsp Whole black pepper – 1/2 tsp Asafoetida/Hing – a pinch Curry leaves – a sprig For Garnishing Ghee – 1 tsp Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp finely chopped Method
