Peanut Chaat Recipe Prep time – under 15 mins Cook time – under 15 mins Serves -2 Ingredients needed  Raw peanuts – 1 cup Onion -1 medium size Tomatoes – 1 de-seeded Raw mango – 1/3 cup Carrot – 1/4 cup grated finely Green chillies -1 finely chopped Spice powder Red chilli powder -1/4 Roasted cumin/jeera powder -1/2 tsp (dry roast cumin seed and powder it finely) Chaat masala –1/4 -1/2 tsp Salt as needed Fresh lemon juice to taste For garnishing  Coriander leaves – 3 tbsp finely chopped Carrots grated finely – 1 tbsp Preparation   Soak peanuts overnight and pressure cook with little water and salt until soft. Leave it to cool. Finely chop onions, tomatoes, green chillies and raw mangoes. Method
