Ash gourd in Yogurt gravy Prep time -under 10 mins Cook time -under 20 mins Serves -2 Ingredients needed Ash gourd -chopped -2 cups Curd/plain yogurt -1 cup Turmeric powder – a pinch Salt needed For grinding Coconut -1/3 cup Green chilli -3 Cumin seeds/jeera -3/4 tsp Raw rice or rice flour -1 tsp (if using raw rice,soak it in hot water for 15 minutes).This is used for thickening. For the seasoning Oil -1 tsp Mustard seeds -1 tsp Curry leaves -few Preparation Remove the skin, seeds and chop the ash gourd into medium sized pieces.
