Prep Time : 10 mins    Yellow pumpkin (Mathanga )- 2 cups chopped    Black eyed beans /Cow Peas – 1/3 cup    Turmeric powder – a generous pinch    Chilli powder – 1 tsp    Salt as required    For grinding    Grated coconut – 1/3 cup    Jeera /Cumin seeds – 1 tsp    Green chilli – 2    For the seasoning     Oil – 3 tsp ( Coconut oil for authentic Kerala taste or any other oil)    Mustard seeds -1 tsp    Red chilli -1    Curry leaves – few    For garnishing    Grated coconut -1/4 cup (to be fried and garnished)
