I always stress out a little bit because I never know what to get my mom. Fortunately, we have similar style and taste and I usually end up buying her something I’d want for my own home knowing she will love it too. 😉 Like many of you, we not only shower our moms with love and thoughtful gifts, but we also make sure mom gets amazing food that day like this Strawberries and Cream Angel Food Cake! It’s delicious!
INGREDIENTS
Angel Food Cake Mix (and ingredients listed on back) Angel Food Cake Pan 4 oz. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese (softened) 1/4 cup butter, softened 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 small container Cool Whip 1 box white chocolate or vanilla pudding 1 1/2 cups milk 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 pint strawberries (half chopped up and the other half left whole)
