Prep Time : 10 mins    Basmati rice – 1 cup    Sweet corn – 1 cup (I used frozen American Sweet Corn)    Onion – 2 medium size    Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp    Turmeric powder – a pinch    Salt to taste    Spice Powder    Coriander powder -2 tsp    Chilli Powder -3/4    Garam masala -1 tsp   For the seasoning    Oil -1 tbsp    Cloves – 2    Cinnamon – 1 inch piece Method This pulao can be prepared with leftover rice and brown rice also.
