Tutti Frutti Cake Recipe Ingredients needed All purpose flour/Maida – 1 cup Baking powder – 1/2 tsp Baking soda -1/2 tsp Sugar -1/2 cup + 1 1/2 tbsp (granulated white sugar) Eggs -2 Tutti frutti -1/4 cup heaped Orange juice – 3 tbsp (I used fresh juice) Vanilla essence or Orange essence -1 tsp Preparation Preheat the oven at 180 degree C for 15 minutes. Bring all the ingredients to room temperature. Sieve together maida, baking powder and baking soda twice. Keep it aside. Powder the sugar.
Method Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Then add eggs and beat nicely.
I got 6 cupcakes and a small square cake which I baked in a 4 inch square baking tray for the measurement above.
