Ingredients needed Plantain Stem -1 (2 1/4 cup chopped) Turmeric powder -a pinch Roasted Cumin powder -1/4 tsp Pepper powder to taste Lemon Juice to taste Salt to taste For the seasoning Oil-1 tsp Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp Curry Leaves -few tender ones Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp finely chopped Instructions Once the pressure subsides, open the cooker and strain the liquid. Keep this clear soup aside. Bring the soup to boil. Heat a tsp of oil, add mustard seeds, when it splutters, add curry leaves and pour it on the soup. Add jeera powder, salt (if required) pepper powder and lemon juice to taste. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot or warm.
