Prep Time : 10 mins    Whole Wheat Brown bread – 6 slices    Oil – 1 tbsp    Onion – 1/2 cup chopped    Green chillies – 1 finely chopped    Ginger garlic paste – 3/4 tsp    Tomato – 1    Carrot – 1 cup grated    Cabbage – 1/3 cup finely chopped    Capsicum – 1/3 cup finely chopped    Sweet Corn kernels – 1/3 cup (boiled)    Paneer/Indian cottage cheese- 1/4 cup crumbled    Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp finely chopped    Turmeric powder – a pinch    Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp    Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp    Tomato Ketchup – 1 tbsp    Salt needed    Butter as needed for toasting bread

Read the ingredients on the pack before buying bread as even most wheat bread has all purpose flour (maida) in it. Buy organic bread, if you can get it in your place.
