Storing Info
Make ahead of time. Cook the taco meat and store it in the fridge for 3-4 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months. Many of the toppings can be prepped the day before and stored until you’re ready to serve. STORE any leftover ingredients in separate airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
jalapenos or chopped peppers green onions Beans (or Crock Pot Pinto Beans) olives Salsa or Sweet Salsa Verde avocados
Easy clean up. They are fun and convenient, but I suggest also having a stack of paper bowls for anyone who would prefer to use them to build their tacos instead. Feed the masses. For a group. In my experience, most people ate 1-2 servings. Provide both 1-ounce snack-size bags of chips as well as 2-ounce bags for those who want a bigger serving.
