Before going to the recipe, I would like to share a small personal note.These vegetables are from my small organic kitchen garden. I felt so happy that my efforts are fruitful and I could harvest toxic free vegetables. I did not use any chemical fertilizers or pesticides but just compost from my own kitchen and garden waste. I am posting this picture as it might inspire somebody out there.
