Before going to the recipe, I would like to share a small personal note.These vegetables are from my small organic kitchen garden. I felt so happy that my efforts are fruitful and I could harvest toxic free vegetables. I did not use any chemical fertilizers or pesticides but just compost from my own kitchen and garden waste. I am posting this picture as it might inspire somebody out there. Let us try not to waste kitchen, garden waste, instead convert them into rich manure.
Prep Time : 10 mins
Yellow Pumpkin – 3 cups chopped Tur dal – 1/3 cup Turmeric powder – a pinch
Onion – 2 chopped Tomatoes – 2 Ginger – 1 inch piece finely chopped
Fry and grind
Red chilli -3 Whole black Pepper – 1/3 tsp Roasted Peanuts – 1 tbsp Graded coconut -1/4 cup
For the seasoning
Oil -2 tsp Mustard seeds- 1 tsp Curry leaves – few
